Steelhead Trout


2 8-ounce Steelhead Trout fillets
2 T peanut oil
2 T soy sauce
2 T honey
1 T ginger, minced
1 c pineapple juice
1 T lime juice
1 T scallions, sliced thin

Cooking Directions:

With the exception of the steelhead trout fillets and scallions, marinate all ingredients together.  Place steelhead trout fillets in marinate for 10 minutes.  Sear steelhead trout fillets for 3 minutes per side.  Garnish with scallions
