Apple Soy Grilled Salmon



Ingredients:

1 cup apple juice
2 cloves of garlic chopped
pepper to taste
6 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP butter
1-1/2 lb. Salmon fillet


Cooking Directions:

Combine ingredients together for marinade.
Place salmon fillets in a deep dish and poor marinate all over.
Leave for one hour or more in the refrigerator. Three hours is preferable. Grill Salmon 5-6 minutes each side
