Sand Dabs Pan Fried


Ingredients:

Flour
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Cooking Directions:

Dredge Sand Dabs in flour and pan fry it over medium heat until it's a golden crisp color.  Add salt, pepper, and olive oil.  When ready to eat, take your knife and cut right down the length in the center of the fish and carefully separate the flesh with the knife.
