Great for Asian style cooking, or sashimi. Quickly becoming one of the most popular items in restaurants around the world, Sablefish also known as Blackcod, and "Butterfish", is a fresh and local delicacy. The fillets are flaky and delicate, and have a high oil content that makes them healthy for your heart, while providing a rich, succulent taste unlike any other.
