Baby Flower Octopus
Baby Flower Octopus is quite possibly the most tender, tasty little morsels the Sea has to offer. Best described as sweet and mild, with a texture similar to that of Abalone. Perfect to use as an appetizer, or serve in a pasta, salad, or even a Mexican cocktail. Often seen in Sushi restaurants around the world; lightly grilled, thinly sliced and served ceviche style. A personal favorite ~ the recipe shown to the right is sure to please the crowd!
