Chardonnay 2005: Barrel aged chardonnay which is viscous in the mouth, rich with crème brulée and lemon curd.
Pinot Noir 2006: A pure, feminine expression of the Pinot Noir grape. It shows an intense floral perfume, bright red-berry fruit, and spicy accents of citrus peel & cardamom pod. Pair it with paella, spicy Indian curry, or a soba noodle and seared ahi salad.
Syrah 2005: Transparent ruby red wine has an almost overwhelming aromatic nature. It's characteristic perfume of black pepper is present in abundance, as well as blueberry, cedar, tobacco, and East Indian spices. |
