Giovanni's has just procured a contract with the ONLY local and largest grower in North America, Shanley Farms to distribute the one and only "Finger Limes", aka "Citrus Caviar".
Finger Limes are great in Champagne, atop Oysters, grilled Salmon, Sushi, or any Seafood!
To serve simply cut in half crosswise, squeeze while rolling, and the citrus caviar balls with just roll out of the limes to serve on whatever you desire!
A fruit that most of the world has never seen!!

Many many people have asked us if we sell our chowder to take home and serve to their family and friends on a special occasion or to have as an early morning soup. We have done just that! Easy Preparation:
- Empty Jar into Sauce pan and Simmer over medium heat for a minimum of 10 minutes or until desired thickness.

You've been asking for it, so Here It Is...
The Original since 1985, Giovanni's Famous Fish Batter, is the same batter we use in our Kitchen for more than 25 years, It's Crunchy and Flavorful on the Outside, While keeping the fish MOIST on the Inside. Directions:
- Divide the batter into equal parts,
- Mix half the batter with 1 cup COLD water, set aside.
- Dust the fish fillets with the dry batter.
- Dip the fish in the wet batter
- Deep fry at 350 for 5 mins.
