Ling Cod:  One of the larger in the cod category, Lingcod offers a few characteristics that some of the other don't. Lingcod is known to be one of the mildest fish in the ocean, and also has a slightly more delicate texture than Rock Cod, although it's fillets are quite thick and hold up surprisingly well considering their tenderness. Great for Fish Tacos, Steamed Fish, or any fish recipe in the Oven or on the Stove. Lingcod is just one of those fish a market has to have.
