Abalone StewAbalone Stew
In a large saucepan, heat oil and saute' onion until translucent. Add mushrooms and green pepper, then cook for a further 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water, potato, and celery. Season with salt, pepper and dill. Simmer for about 7 minutes until potato is almost done. Add more water if necessary. Stir in abalone and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes more or until the abalone is tender. Serves 4. |
